Our dentist believes in the importance of quality dental care and that’s why we, as a team, will always present you with the best dental solution possible to treat your personal situation. Some of our patients have dental insurance and some do not. If you have dental benefits, Congratulations!
We work with most insurance companies and always try to maximize your coverage through meticulous detailing of procedures and interaction with your insurer. We even fill out your claim forms and send supporting documentation when needed to improve payment of claims and we’re available to answer any questions we can. Please remember that your dental benefits are based upon a contract between your employer and the insurance company and we are not a party to that contract. Insurance companies will not give exact figures until a claim is processed so we give you the best estimate of your out of pocket portion that we can. Please remember, however, that you are responsible for the portion of your treatment not covered by insurance. Because we, too, must balance our finances, we do ask that you pay your portion of the bill at the time of treatment.
For our patients without dental benefits, we proudly offer a three, six, and nine month layaway plan, and Care Credit. You may apply Online at www.carecredit.com or come into our office and fill out an application singly or jointly. You will need a government issued I.D. and some form of credit, e.g. a department store card, gas card, debit card or credit card. We can run your application for you and it only takes a few minutes. Any charge of $200 or greater will be interest free for 12 months per our contract with Care Credit if paid in full during the promotional period. Please ask us for more information on these great options when you call to make your appointment, or when you are here in our office.
We also accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, cash and personal checks (with valid photo ID). We can also accept payment by phone!
